Sessions and programming tailored towards developing athletic capability and more specific goals. Applicable for anyone looking to work towards building endurance, strength or power for a particular sport or activity. Sessions can be individual or group and any level of any sport is welcome.

Personal Training
Ideal for any fitness level, ability and age. Beginning with an initial consultation and movement assessment to discuss and evaluate your needs and what your ideal training programme will look like. We will work together to devise a bespoke, all-encompassing fitness and nutrition plan that will get you to achieve your goals.

Running Coaching
Beginning with an initial gym-based assessment to evaluate running style and perform various assessments, we will develop a plan that is specific to your goals - along with a strength training plan to address any areas for development. We can also book a run together to try new techniques, challenging routes or just for a change of scenery.

Injury Rehabilitation
Whether you are pre or post surgery, looking to strengthen after an injury or prevent a recurring issue, we will assess any movement issues and build a programme to help you come back stronger. I have had success working with elite athletes and complete gym amateurs - no one is too weak or to strong to prevent injury.
Prices
Sessions start at £40 per hour but can vary depending on location and discount is available for block bookings. Please get in touch for more information or to discuss individual needs.
